Lensol-Wells Company Chair

This chair is often misattributed to Greta Grossman/Glenn of Californa or Chemold (who did in fact manufacture the fabric embedded fiberglass seat). Thanks to the painstaking research of Paul McCobb enthusiast Jonathan Goldstein the chair has been properly attributed to a company called Lensol-Wells. The chair was most probably designed by partner Hobart Wells.

18" seat height version. This chair has been through alot. The chair has been repaired with drilled through bolts. It was also painted at somepoint and the previous owner took the time to strip it down to reveal the stunning textile underneath. That said, this chair is in great structural condition, and is one of my favorite character pieces.
